I'm still having brown stains on my teeth. ):):
Went to kovan's DP dental clinic today and i thought my teeth will be sparkling white after all the whitening,etc. The dentist told me it will be difficult to get rid of it as it is not those normal food-kind stains that can be easily removed. & I'm so called naturally born with those stains. NOT BECAUSE I NEVER BRUSH MY TEETH OKAY!

My options now to get rid of the BROWNY.
1. Sign up for some whitening course that cost 1.2k. No guarantee that it will work! If it doesn't,I can say bye to my 1.2k!

2. Go for an operation that will remove the stains and replace it with a chemical thingy that is white in colour. Operation,at least a few thousand? This is also not advisable by my dentist as it will not be my natural teeth. Furthermore,i have to make frequent trips to the dental for cleaning cause stains will occur easily on the chemical thingy.


How? Both options are super expensive!
I gueess the only thing i can do now is to eat lotsa apples and brush my teeth 5 times per day! :(
